   6.11 ........... and small barren cages for breeding partridges should not be used. All laying systems used for the housing of birds should be designed and managed to ensure the welfare of the birds. Any system should be appropriately enriched.
   6.12 Gamebird keepers should explore possible methods of enrichment with their veterinary surgeon or other suitable adviser. Laying birds should be provided with nest areas sufficient for the number of birds housed.

   2.7 Buildings and all equipment should be kept in good repair.
  6.2 Housing should be capable of being maintained in a clean and hygienic condition to avoid the risk of disease transfer.

   2.5 Eggs should be collected at least once a day and should be cleaned and disinfected as soon as possible.

HYGIENIC WATERING.!
Hygienic water is vital for a successful breeding. Comfortplast partridge breeding cages have nipple-cup system that provides hygienic & clear automatic watering for partridges.

Closed water nipple system prevents bird to bird cross contamination and provides sufficient space to obtain water with minimum disturbance and competition from other birds.

Cups are specially designed for partridges that the distance between stainless steel nipple and cup is ideal to prevent partridges from wetting the floor, manure tray, themselves and their chest feathers. In case of a possible malfunction, a second nipple drinker is available on the system.

   4.1 All gamebirds must have access to adequate supplies of clean, fresh drinking water at all times, unless advised otherwise by a veterinary surgeon. Provision of drinkers should be sufficient to allow the birds adequate space to obtain water with minimum disturbance and competition from other birds.

   3.7 Birds should be checked at least twice daily during the breeding and rearing period for signs of disease or injury and to ensure that their welfare needs are being met and at least once daily at other times.

Partridge breeding cages have closed sides and partitions. This prevents stress of birds because of motions in room.

Specially selected shiny blue color of cage combined with high grade semi transparent plastic material ensure max light and also creates relaxed open atmosphere effect.

It is not affected by adverse weather conditions due to indoor use, and provides protection from predators.

   6.1 (v) adequate lighting, heating and ventilation. Lighting should enable the birds to be inspected without difficulty, and should be available at all times to allow for inspection of the birds should this prove necessary. Fixed artificial lighting should have a dimming facility to allow birds to prepare for darkness and there should be a minimum continuous night-time dark period of 6 hours in every 24 hours.
   6.3 All housing and penning should be located so as to minimise disturbance to the birds and should be equipped with an inside and outside run (where appropriate) of sufficient size to allow them to exhibit normal behaviour patterns.
   6.4 All housing and penning for laying birds should have sufficient shelter to provide protection for all birds during periods of adverse weather.

Addition to the partitions, extra sight barrier application can be done in section by hanging proper barrier materials to the top part of cage.

Fully modular body gives chance to users for environmental enrichments specially for breeding partridge species like perch assembly to bottom or side parts.
